环保意识渐渐抬头与普及，全世界都在打造新的绿建筑，在兼顾时尚设计与环保概念，节能减碳的特色建筑已慢慢替代传统的理念。位在越南一间著名的绿建筑事务所Vo Trong Nghia Architects，擅长利用竹子来作为主要建材，2015年时为越南北宁省设计了两栋充满绿化的市政厅建筑Green City Hall，运用栽植的方式来传达绿化的概念，也同时贯彻当地政府节能减碳的理念。
