韩国领先的休闲游戏和网络社区开发商 T3 Entertainment Co Ltd今天宣布该公司与久游网 (Nineyou International Co., Ltd)就T3 Entertainment开发的超人气游戏《劲舞团》(Audition) 关于过去一段时期版权收益的谈判,未能达成友好协议。T3 Entertainment 已于今日通知久游网,其多次善意的试图和久游网沟通,期待达到一致的协议,但是久游网始终未能表现出应有的诚信,因此,T3 Entertainment准备采取一切相应的手段, 争取从久游网收复应有的版权收益,其中不排除法律诉讼。一旦采取此类法律行动,起诉方将要求支付所有未付款项、利息,以及法律认可的其他损失,包括预期损失,直接损失,和惩罚性损失。
同时, T3 Entertainment娱乐已经通知久游网有关现在的协议终止后将不再就目前的授权合同进行续约的意向。

T3 ENTERTAINMENT, DEVELOPER OF THE POPULAR ONLINE GAME “AUDITION” ANNOUNCES DISPUTE WITH NINEYOU INTERNATIONALCO., LTD.
Seoul, Korea. July 3, 2007. T3 Entertainment Co., Ltd., or T3 Entertainment, a leading developer of community based, casual online games, announced today that it has notbeen able to amicably reach agreement with Nineyou International Co., Ltd. as regards payment of past royalty fees for T3’s popular casual on-line game, Audition. T3 Entertainment notified Nineyou today that after making repeated good faith efforts toreach agreement, and as a result of Ninyou’s continued bad faith behavior in regards thereto, T3 Entertainment intends to seek all legally available remedies to recover suchpast payments from Ninyou, including bringing legal action. Such legal action, when brought, will seek payment for all amounts past due, plus interest, and will seek other damages available, to the full extent of the law, including potential consequential andpunitive damages, if any. In addition, T3 Entertainment notified Nineyou of its intent to not renew the current licensing agreement with Ninyou following the termination of the existing term. Mr. Kiyoung Kim, Chief Executive Officer of T3 Entertainment commented, “We have tried over the past several weeks in good faith to reach agreement regarding the significant amount of fees owed to us from Nineyou. Unfortunately, Nineyou has not taken the proper steps to resolve this matter and has left us no other choice but to seek legal remedy.
