看看暴雪大神是怎样炒热论坛气氛的

　　All the forums have ads. If people are active on the forums, and posting, just like people are doing right now, then people see the ads and Blizzard makes revenue.
　　所有的论坛上都会挂广告。如果人们在论坛上活动、发帖，就像现在大家正在做的那样，大家就会看到广告，那么暴雪就能得到收入。

　　Releasing more game information and battle reports brings activity to the forums at the expense of time and resources it requires to compile that information.
　　发布更多的游戏信息或者Battle Report会使论坛活跃度上升，但是制作这些东西也是要耗费时间和资源的。

　　If there's already activity on the forums, they're already making revenue for doing nothing, so why rush to bring more information and waste the time and resources?
　　如果论坛上的人已经很活跃了，他们完全可以什么都不做就等着数钱，那他们干嘛还要费心去制作那些信息呢？

　　So Blizzard is sitting on their throne, waiting for activity to die down before they release things to gossip about. The formula is simple: No forum activity => Release updates to bring activity back up. They've been doing this for years.
　　所以暴雪只是安坐在他的宝座上，等人们的热情开始消退了他才放出些会引起人们关注的东西。这方法很简单：论坛活跃度没了=>放出更新来提高活跃度。他们已经这么干了好几年了。

　　Typical Blizzard meeting goes like this:

Karune: I noticed the second battle report has been finished for several weeks now. Should we get that to the community soon?

Karune: Still really steady. Several new topics are being posted regularly.

Peron about Karune: Sounds good. Let's wait a while before releasing it. Let me know when the forum starts to die down
